Food for thought

Today I just had a lesson with Whaea Abi the healthy trust lady about heathly eating. The interesting part was seeing how Nutrition is

  • Energy
  • Vitamins + minerals
  • Fibre - "keeps you fuller for longer"
The planning was awesome how she showed us that Meat has protein in it and in milk and dairy products has calcium that is good for your teeth and done's.
